There's a Staaaaaarman waiting in the skyyyyyy
He'd like to come and meet us
But he thinks he'll blow our minds...
.
May I introduce you to my new friend, StarBoy? 💗
He comes from a far away galaxy, with his big magic hat and his quartz friend.
Oh and of course his cape moves...otherwise how could he be able to fly?
SACRUM

It features the sacrum bone, with the coccyx.
.
The coccyx, better known as your tailbone, is the very last part of your vertebrae, and is the remnant of a lost tail. Actually, pretty much every mammal on earth had a tail at some point in their lives, even if it was while they were developing in the womb. Take humans, for example. Between stages 14 and 22 of human embryogenesis, one can actually observe a tail-like structure that is later absorbed.
This feature of embryological development was one of the mainstays of Ernst Haeckel’s theory of recapitulation. Commonly stated as “ontogeny recapitulates phylogeny,” the theory basically holds that the process of developing from embryo into adult parallels various stages of the organism’s evolution from an ancestral state to its current one.
.
While you can’t do much about your tail bone…
What are you carrying from your ancestors, from your life so far, that is time to let go of?
Which old stories and patterns are still shaping your structure?
What is of no use to you and is hindering your evolution into a better human being?
And what is worthy of being kept, like this bone that reminds you of when you were wild?
.
With a rutile quartz and snake skin below it, for acceptance of change.
GROUNDED
Posted on Instagram on February 10, 2019
This is a smaller sister to the one in the previous post, which features the Hematite stone.
.
This one too had a shield shape, but without stone, smaller, perfect for every day every minute wear. I always have my hands busy and I like to have a few pieces that can stand some rough time. .
The hip bone, for stability, to remind you to bring your focus back inside your belly, breathe in, breathe out, listen how it feels there.
The most basic meditation.
One of the things we must must must remember to do for our mental health, in a world that is so frantic and fast.
.
To drop down into your belly and just stay there for a minute.
To escape the crazy spinning wheel in your head, and go downs through the heart, down in the warm bowl that is your belly and the pelvic bone.
To regain grounding.
.
This ring is a reminder to do just that.
❤️
All hand drawn, cut and carved in sterling silver.
To Breathe The Sky In
Posted on Instagram on February 10, 2019
On the Rib Cage.
.
Which is really like a cage, keeping our wild heart safe.
.
But what happens when you feel that your rib cage seems to be stuck, hard, that every breath you try to take in is a small gasp?
When your heart feels like a prisoner and your spirit is crushed…
.
I created this ring to remind myself that I can stretch my body a little, teach it that it can expand again.
To remind myself to take a breath in – to breathe in the wide blue sky – so that my heart can have a vaste space to fly in.
On the sides of the band I cut and carved two miniature feathers, to remind myself thst every for breathe I take in, I allow my wings to unfurl…
For a grounded expansion

This is the one that started the journey with bones in metal.
.
The one in the pic has been claimed, but I offer a spot for a custom one in your size. I don't think I will make others in the near future.
.
This ring was born under the energy of the January Eclipse.
.
I was feeling all over the place.
I am really sensitive to the Moon energy, and the eclipse was no exception. I could not feel my roots. I had so many thoughts – good ones, bad ones, just too many, all buzzing around my head, but without the foundation it takes to make them become.
And being without grounding I was also feeling so helpless, unsafe.
Do you know that feeling?
.
It’s when you have to remember to take a deep breathe – or a few more.
When you have to stretch your feet. Take a walk in nature. Hug a tree.
Find your way out of your head, down to your heart and down, down, through the pelvic bone, and down again, with the soles of your feet steady and alive on the ground.
.
I made this ring as a helper in this matter.
Hematite is a stunningly grounding stone, so I chose her.
But more than just a tool to ground you, this is a reminder for you to do the work it takes to feel grounded again.
